Clothing:

Please bring complete outfits that are solids-lights and darks. Dress from head to toe, meaning jewelry all the way down to your shoes. If you have a favorite outfit that is patterned or has a busy print, bring it along with the solids—we’ll work everything in together! Please DO come with clothes that are formal or dressy, but be sure to bring along casual clothes, as well! Come with your own makeup, but avoid shiny eyeshadow, gloss or glitter. As a rule, matte makeup is more flattering when you are photographed.

The fees includes all three appointments mentioned above.We require the creation fee to be paid at the time you make your consultation and portrait session appointments – this will hold the date. 

Rescheduling Policy:

As a small business our schedule is very tight and changes greatly impact our work flow. We ask you to reschedule appointments as soon as possible with a minimum of two weeks notice. A non-refundable rescheduling fee will be incurred with notice less than two weeks. In most cases the fee will be applied to your final portrait order. The fees are as follows:

$35- 14-8 days notice before your scheduled appointment
$75- 7-1 days notice before your scheduled appointment
$100- less than 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment

$150- no notice, this fee will not be applied to your portrait order and will only be incurred if you wish to reschedule your appointment for another date. 

What to expect:

At Wolfgang Jasper Photography we take the time to get to know you. 

Our Planning & Design Consultation- A 30 minute appointment scheduled at least one week before we create your portrait- is a necessary and extremely helpful step for all concerned- in order to make sure we get the very best portrait. We want you to bring along your ideas, wishes, hopes and dreams – you never know how they will reflect all that is uniquely YOU in each portrait. We want to make sure that you feel comfortable and relaxed in our Studio because each session is designed to be fun! You will feel good about yourself and that confidence will come through, making every photograph a cherished treasure!

Portrait Session - During your planning and design consultation we will decide how long your portrait session will end up being. Sessions vary from 30 minutes up to 3 hours depending on the subject matter, number of people and location. Always plan on staying longer. We like our sessions to be fun and relaxed. We never rush and work with you until we have the perfect portrait. Many sessions can be pretty unpredictable, especially when you are dealing with small children or pets. It is a good idea to bring more of what you need. Wolfgang will sort through clothing and other items to determine what will work for each portrait. We have a large dressing room, so never worry about not being able to fit anything into the studio space. It will be a fun experience and a memory to last a lifetime! 

View and Choose Appointment- This appointment usually lasts about one hour. Here, you will view and pick out your finished portraits. Wolfgang has worked each image, so it takes about two weeks after your portrait session for this appointment to take place. You will enjoy a custom slideshow set to music in our large theater style presentation room.
